Just simply apply Rotate slightly, apply directly onto the lip and blend with fingers. This is the most pigmented thing I have ever put on my lips. That said, the wear-time is very long, the colors are stunning, and it does not try out my lips as other matte lipsticks have. Even when the product wears off, it leaves behind a super muted stain on your lips. I will be buying again in different colors. So happy I got to test it out. I would like to give 4.7 stars out of 5 stars for this product. I will repurchase this product in the future.
